About
Clarity as a starting
point
I work with people who sense that something can shift. Not because anything is 'wrong', but because more is possible than what is currently visible. That's what Project Possible stands for.

Vision
Why this work
My work moves in complexity — in leadership, in organisations and in life itself. There, where you notice that the same way of thinking isn't getting you further, and where new ways of seeing, feeling and acting are needed.
And often that doesn't begin outside you, but by returning to your essence. To what is true for you. What you stand for. What matters to you. So that you move from there — in relation to your environment, rather than being shaped by it.
That's the work of Project Possible: bringing clarity into complexity. Not by simplifying, but by daring to look at what's really there.
Mission
“Inspire new ways of leading.”
Philosophy
Connected freedom
Difference and connection. Project Possible believes that real freedom emerges in connection — with yourself, with others, with the system in which you operate. Not choosing between autonomy and coherence, but holding both at once.
Project Possible is intentionally a boutique practice. No off-the-shelf programmes, but bespoke work — personal and carefully designed. Because real development isn't scalable, it's attuned.
What you develop within yourself ripples through everything around you. That isn't a promise — it's a principle.
Methodology
Ten pillars, one integrated approach
Project Possible's methodology isn't a step-by-step plan. It's a living framework that integrates ten perspectives — scientifically grounded, humanly applied.
From chaos to clarity
Untangling complexity, insight into patterns, creating space. From thinking → feeling → direction → action.
New paths
Neuroplasticity
You aren't 'wrongly wired'. You've developed a particular path. Recognise it, appreciate it, explore it — and from there develop new paths.
Neuropsychology & neuroscience
Science meets experience
Evidence-based without becoming clinical. Recognising automatic patterns, understanding stress and response systems — and using that knowledge as a practical compass.
“You aren't wrongly wired. You've developed a particular path .”
Body, emotion & nervous system
Embodied intelligence
Body awareness, emotion as data, the nervous system as the foundation for behaviour. Fight, flight, freeze — regulation and recovery as the basis for clear action.
Design thinking & innovation
Curiosity over assumption, experimentation over control, creation over analysis. A mindset that makes room for the unexpected.
EMDR
Integrated
Careful, evidence-based, attuned to context. Integrated into the wider programme — not as a standalone technique but as part of the whole.

Sustainable development
Real change is sustainable. Not quick insights but anchored change — that holds when the guidance ends.
Change management & transformation
Dynamic, human, systemic. Creating movement rather than forcing it. Working with the system, not against it.
“Real change is sustainable . Not quick insights, but anchored change.”
Digital & technological development
AI as context
Technology as the context in which leadership develops. The human sets direction — technology follows.
Integration of IQ + EQ + Body Intelligence
Three levels that make development sustainable. Cognition, emotion and body intelligence as one integrated whole.
“My role isn't to tell you how it should be. It is to see clearly, to design and to create space in which something new can emerge.”
Approach
How we work
Working on multiple levels
Head, heart and body — change that is only cognitive doesn't stick. We always work on several levels at once.
Not a method but bespoke work
Every person is different, every system is different. The approach adapts to what you need — not the other way round.
Short and focused
No endless programmes. Targeted work on the core, so you can move on with what you've learned.
“I deliberately work on the bridge between generations, between experienced leaders and young professionals. And between management and medical specialists — where collaboration is essential, but not self-evident.”

Professional background
With a background in psychology and business administration, and more than 20 years' experience in leadership roles up to executive and board level — within hospitality, design and healthcare. I know both the dynamics of organisations and the reality of professionals who have to perform and make choices under complexity.
Hospitality taught me how experience works — how environment, detail and timing shape behaviour and perception. Design taught me to look from multiple perspectives and to see and create possibilities. And within healthcare and change programmes I've experienced what happens when systems come under pressure.
I combine my pragmatic working experience with insights from psychology, systemic work and neuroscience, among others. As a registered EMDR therapist and NOBCO/EIA-certified coach I work carefully and rigorously — but always tuned to the person in front of me.
I look not only at what someone does, but also at patterns, beliefs and the influence of the environment on them. How patterns form in the brain. How the nervous system responds under pressure. And how you can create space within that again.
I grew up in a family of medical specialists. That shaped my way of looking — analytical, critical and used to carrying responsibility. At the same time, I know that not everything can be solved through analysis alone. I've experienced first-hand what it's like when life forces you to look again — through grief, through divorce, through moments when you can no longer go back to how things were.
Now and then I take on interim assignments — with the valuable side benefit of staying closely connected to what is happening on the work floor and within the current dynamics of organisations.
