EMDR
For patterns you understand but can't break through. When the insight is there, but change doesn't follow.
Knowing isn't always being able to
You know what you want to do differently. You've talked about it, thought it through, tried all sorts of things. But the same reactions keep returning. Tension in your body, an automatic response, avoidance.
That's not a lack of willpower. That's your nervous system stuck in an old pattern. EMDR helps break that link, so new behaviour has room to emerge.
What is EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based, short-term and effective method originally developed for trauma processing. During a session you bring a distressing memory to mind while at the same time following alternating stimuli — eye movements, sound or light pulses in the hands. This reduces the emotional charge of the memory and creates room in the brain for new responses.
Neuroscience-based
Works directly at the level of brain processing and the nervous system
Targeted
No long programmes, but concrete breakthroughs in a short time
Pragmatic
Not a heavy therapeutic process, but focused processing
“The calmest version of you is the most powerful .”

Two entry points
EMDR as a standalone programme
You come specifically for EMDR. We work in a focused way on a distressing memory, a persistent pattern, or a block that's holding you back. Compact and targeted.
EMDR within coaching or leadership
Sometimes in a coaching or leadership programme we run into something that sits deeper. A reaction pattern that won't loosen through conversation alone. EMDR can be a powerful addition.
EMDR Package: intake, 2 EMDR sessions, follow-up · €399
Single EMDR session 45–60 min · €135
Pragmatic, not heavy
EMDR is often associated with heavy therapy and trauma. I use it in a pragmatic, focused way. Not as a long therapeutic process, but as a targeted intervention that helps break patterns.
It doesn't need to be bigger than it is. On average 2–3 sessions are enough to release something that's been stuck for years.
Recognise the pattern?
In a no-obligation conversation we explore whether EMDR fits your situation and what a realistic outcome looks like.
