What to expect
Is the first conversation really without obligation?
Yes, always. The introductory conversation lasts about 30–45 minutes and is meant to explore whether we're a good fit. There's no obligation attached.
How quickly can I get started?
I respond to messages within two working days. An introductory conversation can usually be scheduled within a week. The start of a programme depends on planning and availability.
What does coaching or training cost?
The investment depends on the nature and scope of the programme. During the introductory conversation I'm happy to talk through the options and the corresponding investment.
Can it be online?
Absolutely. Coaching and conversations can work very well online. For trainings and workshops I prefer in-person sessions, though a hybrid format is also possible.
Is it easy to reach by car or public transport?
Location: Vinkebaan, Laren, near the Westerheide nature reserve. Quietly located, yet close by. Within 2 minutes you're on the A1 (exit Hilversum-Noord / Laren). The A27 is nearby, with quick access to key junctions towards the Randstad and beyond. Amsterdam · about 25 min. Utrecht · about 25 min. Amersfoort · about 20 min. Bus stop within 8 minutes' walk. From Hilversum station it's another 10–15 minutes by bike (OV-fiets available).

You can park for free on the property at the location.
Is there a workspace where I can work or have lunch before or after the session?
If you arrive early, La Place is just around the corner — a pleasant place to land, work or have lunch.
Is the location well connected by public transport?
There's a bus stop (near La Place / the A1 carpool area) within 8 minutes' walk. From Hilversum station it's another 10–15 minutes by bike (OV-fiets available).
Can I charge my electric car?
At La Place around the corner you can charge an electric car.
Is it possible to invoice coaching to my employer or have it run through a development budget?
Yes, that's possible. Depending on the situation, the programme can be paid through a personal development budget or directly by the organisation. I'm happy to think along so it fits the context and objectives.
