Medical
specialists

Working in healthcare means working under constant pressure. The responsibility is enormous, the days are long, and the system asks more than it gives.

I know the world

The medical world is one of excellence, precision and dedication. But also of hierarchy, overload and a culture in which vulnerability is far from a given. I work with healthcare organisations, clinics and pharmaceutical companies and know the dynamics from the inside.

Through these collaborations I support specialists who notice their functioning is under pressure — not because they aren't good enough, but because the system structurally demands too much. We look at what's really going on, beyond the symptoms.

“It's not about working harder or coping better. It's about understanding what the system is doing to you, and how you can engage with it differently .”

Approach

On the heathland

Sessions can take place in the coaching room, online or in nature — on the heath, in the woods, away from fluorescent lights and pagers. Not as a luxury, but as an intervention. Regulation and grounding work better when the nervous system has room to settle.

What we work on

01

Cognitive load

Constantly switching between patient care, organisation and training. Mental pressure piles up, often invisibly.

02

Regulation under pressure

The nervous system is permanently on. Not because you can't relax, but because the system around you doesn't give space.

03

Mental resilience

Working under sustained pressure asks for a resilience that goes beyond coping. It asks for a foundation that carries you, even on the hardest days.

04

Leadership within healthcare

Formal or informal: leading in a complex hierarchy asks something different from what you learned in your training. From specialty group to boardroom.
